In recent years, Ukraine has seen a rise in the number of individuals requiring prosthetic arms due to accidents, military service-related injuries, or congenital conditions. To better understand the needs and challenges faced by this population, a survey was conducted to gather insights into the experiences of individuals living with arm prosthetics in Ukraine. One of the most significant findings was that a majority of respondents reported facing difficulties in accessing affordable and high-quality prosthetic devices. Many individuals expressed frustration with the limited options available to them and the lack of financial support for prosthetic services. Furthermore, the survey highlighted the importance of ongoing support and rehabilitation services for individuals with arm prosthetics. Many respondents emphasized the need for regular follow-up appointments with prosthetists and physical therapists to ensure proper fit and functionality of their devices. Despite the challenges faced by individuals with arm prosthetics in Ukraine, the survey results also revealed a sense of resilience and determination among respondents.
